Helping in new.familysearch

I had a great day yesterday. I was able to work with a ward member to correct some errors in her new.familysearch. We worked together for four hours and got a lot accomplished. She is very helpful in providing extra information. We still have more to do because there are so many errors in her new.familysearch information. I love her and appreciate working with her. I'm so glad she is anxious to make sure everyone is taken care of.
I've had the privilege of working with several ward members on their new.familysearch and it is encouraging and motivating to witness the love people have for their extended families in both directions. With all of the "world" about us, working with my own and other's family history gives me a feeling of peace and confidence for our future.

  1. What a neat way of using technology to spread the Lord's message of families. I am excited to hear of the wonderful work going on in our ward. I am hoping that when the school year ends (20 more school days.. not that I'm counting.. :) ) I will have lots of time to do things like family history! Oh, and I added a link to the RS blog, so hopefully if people check that blog they will venture over this way too!
